Space Builders & Designers Company is a shareholding company founded in 1994 with a capital of L.E. 5,000,000. Eng. Mahmoud Shams and Eng. Ashraf El Kholy are founders of Space Builders and Designers have more than 35 years of experience in various fields. They have started the state of Space Builders Co. to serve the purpose of free span and hi-tech structures, such as space frame, skylight and tensile fabric structures in Egypt. The company has celebrated in 2015 with its 20 years anniversary, and hence we are the PIONEER OF SPECIAL FREE SPAN STRUCTURES in the Middle East and particularly the Egyptian pre–engineered market, along with our international partners. More than 500 projects are executed by Space Builders & Designers Company of approx. one million square meters of space frame, skylight and tensile fabric structure constructions. More than 160 projects are completed and accomplished by the Company internationally especially in Kuwait Arab  gulf area. Also we have executed several Projects in other territories such as Equatorial Guinea, Chad & Sudan. As normal development to the agreed Company policy, we established the first and sole professional factory in Egypt in year 2000, for the manufacturing of space frame systems, under the name of SPACE FRAME COMNPANY (Shareholder Company) using  the international standards vis. BS, ASTM and DIN  in design , fabrication , packing and erection . With time, extended effort, skills and creativity Space Builders and Designers Company has taken a higher level in the market and has become more successful & is one of the leaders in this field in the Middle East.
